  • Q: Will you be offering additional products?

    A: We anticipate offering a “second generation” of product by one year after we launch, in other words by November 1, 2017. Watch for news regarding our next products!

  • Q: Why might you be out of stock?

    A: Our skincare products are all natural, made from the lanolin of our own sheep’s wool. Therefore, we are unable to mass-produce High Meadow Skin Care products. Rest assured you are receiving high quality, natural lanolin skin cream, made with care in small batches.

  • Q: What if my package arrived damaged?

    A: Call us right away or shoot us an email and our customer service department will happily assist you. It’s unlikely, but possible, that a container might leak or your package might get damaged during shipment, but don’t worry as we are here to help.   • Q: How to use/apply our product?

    A: We recommend that you apply a small amount of our product to affected areas daily. Best to gently rub into the skin, also best to apply product at room temperature.

  • Q: How much is shipping?

    A: We are offering free shipping within the Continental United States on orders of $25.00 or more. For orders of a single container of product, for $12.95, shipping by Priority Mail would be $6.40. We anticipate that most customers will want to start with our (deeply discounted) sampler pack for $30.00 and would thereby qualify for free shipping.

  • Q: How do you test your product?

    A: We test our products extensively on ourselves and we have tested our product on many, many happy customers. We won’t sell anything we don’t love and that our customers don’t tell us that they love! Our product will never be tested on animals. Our product has not been medically tested. We cannot make any claims about the effects of our products on any particular skin conditions. We can only share...

  • Q: How and when do you ship product?

    A: We typically ship by Priority Mail. As a general rule we will ship orders received by Sunday by the following Wednesday. If we are back ordered, we will so notify you.

  • Q: Do you sell wholesale?

    A: We welcome wholesale accounts, so if you would like to establish one please contact us for additional details.

  • Q: Do you accept returns?

    A: Our products are final sale and not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. All orders are final and cannot be changed or canceled once placed.

  • Q: Can we visit the farms and the sheep?

    A: We are making plans to start welcoming visitors to the farm and the sheep starting on June 1, 2017. Watch for news regarding farm visits!

  • Q: Can we use your product if we are allergic to lanolin?

    A: Our product is based on our lanolin so we recommend against using it if you are allergic to lanolin. We have had no experience with lanolin allergies and believe them to be rare.
